All ordinances and resolutions here provided are samples.  The content of each is provided as an example and is intended to be modified and adapted to meet the specific needs of the user.  No sample ordinance or resolution should be used without prior careful review.  As always, WTA recommends that any draft ordinance or resolution is reviewed by the town attorney prior to adoption.
