The Geneva Lake Environmental Agency’s director will oversee the operation of an inter-municipal lake management agency, charged with the management of Geneva Lake, WI. The position requires the needed administrative, supervisory, and professional skills along with an understanding of science to make for a successful lake management agency. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operation of the office and its lake management efforts, directing a small staff , secure funding, budget preparation, recommendations of resource protection practices and policies.

The position is responsible to a board of directors from the five Geneva Lake Communities. GLEA is located on the campus of George Williams College in Williams Bay WI.
