The Town of Grand Chute Department of Public Works is seeking applications for a part-time equipment operator. Typical tasks of an equipment operator include but are not limited to snowplowing, grass mowing, forestry work as well as any labor required to maintain the Town streets, right-of-ways, utilities, parks or other Town properties and building facilities. Hours and days of work are flexible according to the needs of the department and the employee’s schedule. Most work is daytime hours except for special tasks such as snow plowing. Approximately 960 hours annually will be budgeted for this position.
 
Minimum qualifications: Prior responsible work experience in the area of street maintenance and/or construction, facilities and grounds maintenance, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.  A valid commercial driver’s license is required.
