Town Of Grand Rapids Building Inspection Services
The Town of Grand Rapids (“Town”) is seeking proposals for building inspection services for our community including but not limited to plan review, inquiry response, residential and commercial inspections, assisting with updating the comprehensive plan, and occasional meeting attendance when requested. The contract is anticipated to commence January 1, 2019.
The Town is populated with approximately 7748 persons. Its geographical territory is approximately 20 square miles situated east of the City of Wisconsin Rapids. The Town is governed by a five (5) member Town Board elected at large. The Town of Grand Rapids is committed to an objective and open selection process. Every proposal shall receive an unbiased review.
