The Town of Necedah, Juneau County, is requesting proposals for Town Assessor for 2020 tax year and future. The Town’s estimated population for 2019 is 2,432, with total assessed Real Estate value of $191,909,000 for 3,237 parcels, (1,837 improvements) and Personal Property value of $569,198 for 62 parcels. Proposals will include maintaining the assessment roll and individual property classifications within 10% of equalized value, Open Book and Board of Review and future revaluation. The proposal will include having all data in electronic form as required by the State of Wisconsin. Data is currently in Market Drive.
