Each year, the Wisconsin Towns Association collaborates with the UW-Extension Local Government Center and the UW-Madison Law School to offer high quality, low cost legal educational programming to lawyers and non-lawyer public officials.  Attorneys participating in this conference are able to earn CLE credits.

2020 Wisconsin Town Law Conference:

We are pleased to announce that the annual Town Law Conference will go ahead as a Zoom distance learning event this year! The conference will be provided in two parts over two successive Fridays. Participants will have the option to attend the live webinar sessions online or via phone. Following the live events, registrants will also have the ability to watch the recorded sessions which will be posted to the WTA website for later viewing.
Attorneys: Note that attendance at the “LIVE” sessions was required in order to obtain Continuing Legal Education Credits for the conference.
As always, the conference will feature a timely array of topics that will be sure to be of interest to municipal attorneys and town officials alike.
