Requires WI Assessor II certification, previous supervisory experience and strong Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) skills. Projects for 2022 Assessment roll include revaluation year and complete data conversion along with setting up new modeling. Starting salary $95,000 - $110,000.
