Proposals should include revaluation in either 2025 or 2026, maintaining the assessment roll and individual property classifications within 10% of equalized value, Open Book and the Board of Review.
Please send your proposal, along with a copy of State of Wisconsin certification, proof of insurance, references, and resume. Proposals must be received by June 1, 2024.
