Town of Burke, Dane County, is seeking a qualified individual to fill a Limited Time Employment (LTE) position in the Public Works Department. Qualifications include: valid WI Commercial Driver’s License, high school diploma, and three years of experience. Must be willing to work nights, holidays and/or weekends as required.
Responsibilities include maintaining Town roads, buildings, grounds, vehicles, equipment, plowing, salting, and brush disposal. Hourly wage will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
Position is subject to random testing in compliance with the Town of Burke Substance Abuse Policy and the Federal DOT and Highway Administration drug and alcohol; testing regulations contained in Title 49 CFR.
