Bids are for the construction of a new 2,800 sq. ft., one-story, slab-on-grade, ladder frame garage building. Outside of envelope shall be marked “Sealed Bid –Green Valley – New Town Garage”.
Bids include all labor, materials equipment, and all else necessary for completion of project. Successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee in the form of a 100% Performance and Payment Bond.
Bid documents may be obtained from Dana Solinsky, Town of Green Valley Clerk, 133276 Acorn Dr, Mosinee, WI 54455. Request for plans to be mailed shall be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of $20 to cover postage and handling.
The Town of Green Valley will accept sealed bids until 7:00 pm on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at the town hall located at 206560 N. Ancestor Ln, Mosinee, WI 54455. Bids may also be mailed to the Town Clerk.
