The City of Dodgeville is seeking its first City Administrator to lead a talented leadership team and support the Mayor and City Council in building on the community’s success. Located in southwestern Wisconsin, Dodgeville is a historic and growing full-service community known as “At the Heart of it All” and valued for its high quality of life and municipal services.
Key priorities include establishing the new position; improving internal recordkeeping and operational processes; updating the City’s Comprehensive and CORP plans; developing a long-range capital improvements plan (CIP); sustaining current economic development efforts; developing enhanced community engagement and communications; and maintaining strong first responder services.
Candidates should have experience in municipal finance, budgeting, debt financing/TIF, capital planning, human resources, economic development, and organizational leadership.
Salary range: $115,000 - $130,000
