The Village of Shorewood Hills, WI seeks qualified applicants for the Finance Director/Treasurer role within the Administration Department.

This position serves as the Village’s chief financial officer, overseeing financial operations in compliance with Village Code and Wisconsin Statutes. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining financial records, coordinating the annual audit, preparing financial statements and required reports, leading budget development, and overseeing cash management, investments, payroll, and employee benefits administration.

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Public Administration is preferred, along with experience in municipal finance. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of governmental accounting principles, municipal tax billing and collection procedures, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

Salary range: $94,681 - $104,707.
