The City of Pewaukee seeks a dynamic, experienced municipal administrator to serve as its chief administrative officer. Combining small-town charm with full-service amenities, the City offers a strong local economy, regional shopping, a high-performing school district, and exceptional recreational opportunities, including Pewaukee Lake, 14 public parks, the Pewaukee Sports Complex, and an extensive trail network. 

Key priorities include improving internal processes and recordkeeping, updating the Comprehensive and CORP plans, developing a long-range Capital Improvement Plan, sustaining economic development initiatives, strengthening community engagement and communications, and maintaining high-quality public safety services. 

The ideal candidate will possess strengths in leadership, finance, budgeting, talent development, public relations, and community engagement, along with a collaborative style, emotional intelligence, effective communication skills, and a commitment to public service. 

Salary range: $140,000 to $180,000
