The City Assessor is responsible for managing 3 FTE’s including two appraisers, a budget of $575,000 and oversees a contractor responsible for the City’s commercial assessments.

The Ideal candidates should have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Real Estate.
• At least seven years of experience in the assessment and appraisal of residential, commercial, and industrial property.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain within 90 days after start date, Assessor 3 Certification from the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.
