The Town of Rutland, Dane County, is seeking proposals for a complete revaluation of the Town for 2021. The Town has an estimated population of 2010 with a total assessed value for 2019 of $249,946,100. The ratio is .892. This includes 868 Real Estate Improvement parcels and 2363 real estate parcels (includes Class 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and exempt lands). Current number of personal property parcels are 28.
