ACCEPTING PROPOSALS FOR TOWN ASSESSOR
The Town of Jump River Taylor, County, is requesting proposals for a Town Assessor for the 2021 tax year and future years. The town has an estimated population of 300 with a total assessed Real Estate and Personal Property value of $187,700,000 Real Estate parcel count 688 and Personal Property 19. Proposals should include revaluation in 2021, maintaining the assessment roll and individual property classifications within 10% of equalized value, Open Book, and the Board of Review.
Please send your proposal along with a copy of the State of Wisconsin certification, proof of insurance, references, and resume. Proposals must be received by December 14th, 2020.
