The Town of New Denmark, Brown County, Wisconsin is seeking proposals for one of the following revaluations for assessment year 2023. Assessors are encouraged to bid one or all three individually. The Town Board will choose one type of revaluation from the following;

1) Interim market update
2) Exterior Revaluation
3) Full Interior / Exterior Revaluation

The bidder will be a firm or individual qualified to fulfill the requirements of this contract and Chapter 70, Wisconsin Statutes. The Town assessment software is Market Drive. The Towns last revaluation was for assessment year 2007.

Please provide three (4) hard copies of proposals, submitted to the Town of New Denmark “Revaluation RFP. ” Please submit hard-copy proposals to:
