Office Manager/Deputy Clerk

The Town of Middleton has a position open for an Office Manager/Deputy Clerk. Duties include providing excellent customer service to persons who contact the Town via phone, email or in person; and assisting Town Staff. Regular office duties also include updating the Town’s website and assisting with elections and tax collections.

Skills required: working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Publisher) and an attention to detail. Pay rate range $19-$24/hr. Municipal and/or Paralegal experience a plus. Training will be provided for other computer programs in use including iCompass.
