Town Clerk
The Town of Lodi, Columbia County, Wisconsin (population 3316) is accepting applications for a full time Municipal Clerk.
Candidates will perform a variety of administrative, routine and complex administrative functions in accordance with State Statutes and municipal ordinances, directs and coordinates town records, plus administers elections and election training as required by State Statutes. This position also assists the Treasurer with budget preparation and budget monitoring and assists with expenditures and revenues. Attending all meetings of the Town Board is required. In addition, this position keeps the official records of proceedings and attends committee and commission meetings as necessary; is responsible for the custody and maintenance of all records of the Town as required by State Statutes; performs a variety of administrative duties in the overall operation of the Clerk’s Office; plays a major role in communications with the general public, and the various operating departments; and administers oath of office to public officials and employees.
Applicants must have strong computer skills that include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and basic knowledge of QuickBooks.
