A minimum of five years' experience performing municipal finance, duties of Clerk-Treasurer, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer, Accountant or other comparable positions. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred but not required.
