Part-Time Administrative Assistant

The Town of Fulton has an opening for a part-time Administrative Assistant.  This position will give support to and covers in the absence of the Clerk-Treasurer in fulfilling the duties and responsibilities for the town.  It is 20 hours per week (Mon-Thurs.), semi-flexible.  Key responsibilities include but not limited to, assistance with the following:  answering phones and serving as a primary point of contact for residents and other parties, elections, building permit processing, issuing dog licenses, record keeping, mailings, ordering & receiving office supplies, receipting of monies, water utility billing and related duties.  Also, any miscellaneous Town related tasks that may arise.  The position requires for the candidate to have a friendly and professional attitude, the ability to multi-task, organizational skills and detail orientated.  Starting wage is $18 - $20.  This position currently does not offer benefits.
