Request for Proposals Town Legal Services
The Town of Jackson, in Washington County, is seeking proposals for a contract to provide legal services for the Town, to begin May 1, 2024 to provide the following services:
Work closely with Town Clerk, Zoning Administrator, and Town Chairman regarding Town matters and Land Use, Zoning and Property Division matters.
Draft Developer Agreements.
Review CUP documents.
Zoning Map changes.
Draft Zoning Ordinances/amendments.
Assist at an attend Town Board and Town Planning Commission meetings, including review of agendas, minutes, and submittal documents as requested.
Oversee and handle all Town litigation and Zoning Ordinance violations—Draft Pleadings and attend court.
Proposals, including a statement of qualifications, staff resumes, rate schedule, and at least three references, shall be returned by January 31, 2024, 3146 Division Rd, Jackson, WI 53037.
