The Northwoods EMS District is a new Ambulance Service, serving the Towns of Boulder Junction, Manitowish Waters, Presque Isle, and Winchester, in Vilas County Wisconsin. The Board seeks an individual to transition the four individual ambulance services at the BLS level to one unified agency at the ALS level. The Service Director will oversee finance, human resources, quality assurance, public relations, billing, staff management, and all operational aspects of the service—as well as respond to emergency calls when required.

Required Qualifications:
· Wisconsin Paramedic License within 90 days
· 10 years of Paramedic experience
· 5 years of supervisory/management experience
· Establish residency in the District within 90 days

Wages & Benefits:
· Salary starting at $101,000 DOQ
· Additional pay for responding to calls after hours
