Accepting Proposals for Town Assessor
The Town of Lac du Flambeau, Vilas County, is requesting proposals for Town Assessor for the 2025 tax year and future years. The town has an estimated population of 3,561 with a total assessed real estate value of $929,932,700 (2023).
Seeking a firm to provide sound assessment services-free from errors and defensible to Town officials and residents-in a timely and professional manner.
Proposals to include services: maintaining the assessment roll and property classifications within 10% of equalized value, reevaluation in the future, open book and Board of Review.
Please send your proposal along with a copy of the State of Wisconsin certification, proof of insurance, references and resume by 4:00 p.m. on September 18, 2024.
