Human Resources Director
Grand Chute (pop. 24,458), Wisconsin’s largest town and the Fox Valley’s commercial hub, seeks a strategic, collaborative Human Resources Director to lead a modern HR department serving 168 FTEs. Reporting to the Town Administrator, the Director oversees recruitment, employee relations, collective bargaining support, compensation and classification, benefits administration, policy development, safety and wellness, and workforce development for a growing, service-oriented organization.
Salary range: $116,272–$149,510 DOQ (expected hiring range $116,272–$132,891) plus excellent benefits.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field and 8–9 years of progressive public sector HR experience, including collective bargaining and employee relations, with 3–5 years of supervisory experience. PHR or SHRM credentials preferred.
