The Town of Stinnett, Washburn County, is requesting proposals for a Town Assessor for the 2020 tax year and future years.  The town has an estimated population of 235 with a total assessed Real Estate and Personal Property value of $16,191,717.  Real Estate parcel count 806 and Personal Property 10.  Proposals will include maintaining the assessment roll and individual property classifications within 10% of equalized value, Open Book, Board of Review and future revaluation. (Knowledge of Market Drive CAMA Software beneficial)  Please send your proposal along with a copy of the State of Wisconsin certification, proof of insurance, current and/or past municipalities served with the cost, and references.
