REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES, CODE ENFORCEMENT AND BUILDING ZONING ADMINISTRATION SERVICES
TOWN OF DELAFIELD – WAUKESHA COUNTY

The Town of Delafield is seeking proposals for Building Inspection Services, Code Enforcement and Building Zoning Administration Services. Its geographical territory is approximately 18 square miles and is populated with approximately 8391 persons. The Town of Delafield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities. All proposals shall be firm and valid for 60 days from the day of the proposed opening. This request does not commit the Town to award a contract, to pay any cost incurred in preparation of a response to this invitation or to procure or contract for services, equipment or supplies. Seven (7) copies of sealed proposals, including Transmittal Letter, will be received in the office of Town of Delafield Town Clerk, W302 N1254 Maple Avenue, Delafield, WI 53018-7000, until 2:00 p.m. on November 1, 2019.
