Clerk/Assistant Administrator

The Town of Cedarburg (pop. 6,010), is seeking a Clerk/Assistant Administrator, a full-time, permanent position.

The candidate will perform duties of the Town Clerk as set forth in WI Statute 60.33, including: administer elections; issue licenses; legal notices; agendas, meeting packets and minutes, tax collection assistance, Town newsletter, social media communication, and website editing.  

A bachelor’s degree with supervisory experience is preferred. Candidates with equivalent training and experience will be considered. Wisconsin Certified Municipal Clerk is preferred.

This position’s starting salary range is $30,000 - $55,000 DOQ. Benefits include health and life insurance, paid holidays, paid time-off, sick time, and membership in WRS.
