Town Administrator

The Town of Beloit is searching for a Town Administrator.

Summary:
 
  • Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and supervise all municipal activities.
  • Lead Town personnel including 5 direct reports, 38 full time employees.
  • Prepare and submit 7M+ annual budget .
  • Execute Town Board policies and directives. 
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with municipal ordinances.
 
Minimum Education and Experience Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in public administration or related.
  • Experience in organizational management and budgeting, zoning, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
Compensation and benefits:  to $90k, Health, Dental, Life, STD, FSA, Retirement Plan.
