Washburn County seeks its next Administrative Coordinator/HR Director, who is retiring.

The salary range is $90,000 to $120,000 DOQ, plus excellent benefits. The position is responsible under Section 59.19 of the Wisconsin Statutes for coordinating all administrative and management functions of county government not otherwise vested in law in boards, commissions or in other elected officers. In addition, the position administers and coordinates all personnel and benefit functions of the County.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration or related field with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of five years of governmental management experience that included budgeting and personnel management required. A combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.
